How we started.

Our story began way back in 2006 on a remote, almost unheard of, stunning tropical Island in southern Thailand called Koh Lipe. Our founder,
Ryan Parker, relocated from the UK to work on developing the island’s tourism, notably working alongside Castaway Resort, Serendipity Resort and Mali Resorts with brand developement and online services to ensure digital reach on this fantastic new destination. Since then, Koh Lipe has seen unprecedented growth – the island has transformed into an industry power-house with several luxury resorts lining the white sand beaches and tropical, Maldives like waters.

In 2008, following our success working on Koh Lipe, we founded our first company here in Bangkok – Backtobasics Design Co., Ltd., which was one of the original foreign-run (British) creative and digital agencies in Thailand, pioneering new technologies, work-flow methods and quality standards. After 5 years of growth and great success, we were acquired in 2013.

This gave us the renewed freedom to pursue our passion for hospitality once again, and a new direction in our story – the beginnings of what became Hotel Lobi Co., Ltd from 2016. Our core management team began to build a revenue driving partnership program, together with a high pedigree team of passionate professionals to execute the creative, technical and performance deliverables of our services.

How It’s Going.

Today, we have established ourselves as a hospitality industry leading vendor working with high-profile brands such as Dusit Hotels & Resorts, S Hotels & Resorts, Langham Hotels and Crossroads Maldives, as well as over 120 other hospitality clients from independent properties, regional groups, boutiques, beach clubs, F&B and everything in between. We’re still based in our home-town, Bangkok, with a team of creatives, designers, brand strategists, coders, copy-writers, performance marketers, tech-geeks and data guru’s, all on hand to coordinate our projects and deliver measurable business results for our partners.

The services we provide for our hospitality partners are customised to the needs of each property with careful consideration and attention to the property details. This ensures we can guarantee positive results for hotels of all sizes and locations, groups big and small, spanning more than 56 countries.
